1. Overview

Cart Rocket is a Shopify application that allows merchants to create pre-loaded cart links with products, discounts, tracking parameters, and purchase rules.

Cart Rocket integrates with Shopify’s platform and relies on Shopify’s APIs and checkout system.

You must have an active Shopify store to use the Service.

2. Eligibility

By using Cart Rocket, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the authority to bind the business or entity operating the Shopify store.
• You comply with Shopify’s Terms of Service.
• Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws.

3. Account & Access

Cart Rocket operates through your Shopify store.

We access store data via Shopify’s secure API permissions granted during installation.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your Shopify account security
• Ensuring authorized access to your store
• All activity conducted through your store

4. Subscription & Billing

Cart Rocket may offer free trials, subscription plans, or usage-based pricing.

By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize charges through Shopify’s billing system.
• Charges are recurring unless canceled.
• Billing cycles are managed through Shopify.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the application
• Exploit bugs or misuse discount functionality
• Circumvent purchase limits intentionally
• Interfere with Shopify systems or checkout flows

Cart Rocket may suspend access if misuse or abuse is detected.

6. Discounts & Campaign Responsibility

Cart Rocket allows merchants to configure:

• Product discounts
• Shipping discounts
• Automatic discount codes
• Purchase limits
• Campaign scheduling

You are solely responsible for:

• Creating valid Shopify discount codes
• Ensuring pricing accuracy
• Verifying campaign configurations
• Monitoring purchase limits
• Complying with advertising and consumer protection laws

Cart Rocket does not guarantee campaign performance, revenue outcomes, or conversion increases.

7. Data & Privacy

Cart Rocket accesses limited store data via Shopify APIs in order to:

• Generate cart presets
• Track usage and attribution
• Display analytics
• Enforce purchase limits

We do not sell merchant or customer data.

All data access is subject to Shopify’s API policies.

8. Analytics & Tracking

Cart Rocket provides campaign analytics including:

• Orders
• Revenue
• Preset usage
• UTM attribution

Analytics are based on Shopify order data and preset usage markers.

We do not guarantee complete accuracy due to:

• Third-party tracking interference
• Browser restrictions
• Shopify system limitations
• Ad platform discrepancies

Merchants are responsible for validating reporting independently.

9. Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Shopify platform issues
• API limitations
• Maintenance
• Technical upgrades
• Force majeure events

We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

10. Intellectual Property

Cart Rocket, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and content, is owned by Cart Rocket and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cart Rocket shall not be liable for lost revenue, lost profits, campaign losses, incorrect discount application, misconfigured campaigns, or indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months of Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cart Rocket harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your discount configurations, your advertising practices, violations of applicable laws, or breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may terminate use of the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from Shopify.

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, fraudulent behavior is detected, or abuse of discount systems occurs.

Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Cart Rocket operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
