Checkout Links Alternatives for Shopify (2026)

Checkout Links has more reviews than any other cart link app we checked, and at $25 a month it costs more than most of them. Here are seven other ways to send shoppers to a loaded checkout, and the stores that should stay where they are.

Short version: if you use Checkout Links for B2B invoices, POS or creator-picked gifting, stay on it. Nothing below lists all three. If you mostly send campaign links with a discount, every alternative here costs less. Cart Rocket ($9 or $15) adds bundle pricing, customer rules, per-customer limits and order tags. ZipLinks ($8) has the most reviews after Checkout Links. CCL ($6.99) is the only other one with the Built for Shopify badge. Shopify's own cart permalinks are free.

We checked every App Store listing below on October 14, 2026. Features are as each listing states them, so an app may do more than we say here. Prices change, so check before you install. We make Cart Rocket, and we've tried to say plainly where the others are the better pick.

Checkout Links in brief

Checkout Links has been on the App Store since September 7, 2022. On October 14, 2026 it had a 5.0 rating from 36 reviews, the Built for Shopify badge and a 2025 Build Award. It has one plan at $25/month with a 7-day free trial.

Its listing names these features:

• Popup links where shoppers pick a size, colour or bundle before checkout
• One-tap reorder links from the last order, for Klaviyo and SMS flows
• Personal checkout links for sales chats, support and Shopify B2B buyers, plus B2B invoice and wholesale order links
• Influencer gifting, where creators pick their own products and check out at zero
• Tiered abandoned cart recovery, analytics and revenue tracking
• Integrations with Shopify Flow and POS, and listed compatibility with Klaviyo, ManyChat, Kaching Bundles and Downpay

Who should stay on Checkout Links

• Your sales team sends B2B invoice or wholesale order links, or personal links to Shopify B2B buyers
• You sell in person and need its POS integration
• Creators should choose their own gift products and check out at zero
• You rely on its tiered abandoned cart recovery
• Reviews matter most to you: 36 five-star reviews is more than any alternative here

The alternatives, one by one

Cart Rocket

This is our app, so weigh it accordingly. Cart Rocket covers much of what Checkout Links does: links that fill the cart and apply discounts, an options page where shoppers choose a size or colour, reorder links, checkout details filled in from your email or SMS tool, subscription products and creator links with orders tagged per creator.

It adds things the Checkout Links listing doesn't mention: a bundle sold as one cart line at one price, customer rules for segments or specific customers, overall and per-customer purchase limits, tags on Shopify orders, a countdown on the options page, Lock offer cart and Sidekick.

Where it falls short: no B2B invoice links, no POS, no gifting where creators choose their own products (you can gift a fixed set with a 100% discount), and no reviews yet. Basic is $9/month for one cart link with every feature; Pro is $15/month for unlimited links.

ZipLinks

ZipLinks has been listed since 2020, and its 4.9 rating from 25 reviews is the strongest track record here after Checkout Links. One $8 plan gives unlimited discount, cart and checkout links. Its listing says a link can preload products, several discount codes and order notes, and it makes short links that carry UTM codes. It doesn't list popups, reorder links, B2B or gifting. CCL Add to Cart Checkout Links

CCL is the only alternative here with the Built for Shopify badge. Its PRO plan is $6.99/month or $69.99/year for unlimited add-to-cart and checkout links, and it's free on development stores. The listing names products on click, discounts, UTM tracking, redirects and link performance analytics. It has 5 reviews, all five stars. It's a good fit if you want a badge-holding app for simple links at about a quarter of the price.

Chex - Checkout Links

Chex launched in April 2026 and has no reviews yet. It's $15/month or $120/year. Its listing focuses on control: schedule links, cap total orders per link, set what happens when a link is inactive, add discounts, UTM tags and social previews, and see clicks, checkout starts and attributed orders. It says setup needs no theme code. It doesn't list popups, reorder links, B2B or gifting. See Cart Rocket vs Chex.

Direct - Checkout Links & QR

Direct, by Astral, is the only app here with a free plan: 3 direct checkout links, with discounted links. Pro ($19.90/month or $199/year) adds unlimited links, landing pages for links and multiple themes. Advanced ($199/month) adds a custom landing page design. Paid plans have a 14-day trial. The listing suggests it for bakeries, restaurants and links in social bios, and it makes QR codes. It has a 5.0 rating from 6 reviews.

Cart Link Builder by Wonder

Wonder is $3.99/month or $39.99/year for unlimited cart links. You search or import variants (the builder shows live stock status), apply active discount codes, add UTM parameters and send shoppers straight to checkout. That's the whole listing. It launched in May 2026 and has no reviews yet. Pick it if you only need products and a code in a link.

UR: Simple Checkout Links

UR is $5.99/month or $59.99/year. Each link opens checkout with products and a discount code applied, and its listing says links point straight at your store, so they keep working if you uninstall the app. That makes it a safe choice for printed QR codes, which you can download as PNG or SVG. It tracks orders and sales per link, warns you about unprotected discount codes, and lets you set an end date. The app is available in 20 languages. It launched in September 2026 and has no reviews yet.

Shopify cart permalinks

Every Shopify store can already build a link that fills the cart: variant IDs and quantities after /cart/, with optional discount codes, Shop Pay and pre-filled checkout details. They're free. You build each URL by hand, and Shopify's docs say selling plans don't work with them, so no subscriptions. See Shopify cart permalinks vs Cart Rocket.

How to decide in an afternoon

1. List what you actually use in Checkout Links today. If B2B, POS or creator-picked gifting is on the list, stay.
2. Pick the two alternatives that cover the rest, using the table above and the current listings.
3. Install them on a development store. Cart Rocket and CCL are free on development stores.
4. Rebuild your busiest link in each, open it on your phone and place a test order.
