## Which one fits

### One simple offer, now

Use a Shopify cart permalink. It's free, and an existing discount code plus `payment=shop_pay` covers a lot. It can't add subscriptions, and you'll build each URL by hand.

### Many plain links on a tight budget

Wonder ($3.99), UR ($5.99), CCL ($6.99) and ZipLinks ($8) all sell unlimited links for less than Cart Rocket Basic. If you only need products and a discount code in a link, one of these is the cheaper choice. ZipLinks has the most reviews of the group.

### Campaigns that need rules, bundles and attribution

## What to check before you install

1. **Discounts:** does the app apply its own discounts, or only pass an existing code? Codes can be shared beyond your campaign.
2. **Subscriptions:** Shopify's permalinks can't add selling plans, so check the app if you sell subscriptions.
3. **Expired offers:** what does a shopper see when the link is off or past its end date?
4. **Reporting:** can you see orders and revenue per link, per campaign and per creator, or only clicks?
5. **Theme changes:** does setup need theme code, or only an app embed?
